Solution Focused Hypnotherapy utilises the subconscious mind which can help overcome the resistance which is sometimes experienced when we try to implement change.

I use solution focused and cognitive behavioural techniques in combination with deep relaxation, positive suggestions and wellbeing coaching to facilitate change in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. It is completely safe, very practical and will empower you to take your wellbeing into your own hands.

Very informative and in 20 minutes I had some great tools. Which is amazing because the session was only 20 minutes!

Actionable nuggets to take away anxiety

I had a really interesting session and had a lot more understanding on how anxiety affects you and how to use hypnosis to help you in everyday life. She gave me actionable nuggets to take away anxiety.
