Outdoor personal training and fitness classes for women in and around Bristol

Many women are alienated by the gym environment, or find it difficult to fit exercise and healthy habits into their busy lives. Many gyms and personal trainers don’t understand their specific needs, interests and motivations, after a busy day working inside many women want to spend time outside.

I’ve created fun outdoor fitness training in beautiful locations around Bristol to inspire women to enjoy exercise and add more activity into their lives. Morning and lunchtime classes fit around school run or work and personal training sessions can be in your own home or beautiful parkland.

Qualifications, associations and experience

I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in 3rd Age Woman,

How Outdoor personal training and fitness classes for women works

One to one personal training – this is usually in a location convenient to you and nearly always outside. I build a bespoke programme of exercise and lifestyle factors to support you in achieving your fitness goals.
Small group personal training – these small classes are ideal for women returning to exercise after a break who want the benefit of more tailored training combined with a group setting. These usually take place outside and each week builds fitness and strength in different ways, usually with a great view.

Outdoor Feel Good Fitness classes – these are bootcamp style classes with a difference. My aim is to make sure that you walk away feeling good about yourself from the inside out as well as create an opportunity to meet other women. The classes are timed to work around the school run.

Beginner running workshops – these are 6 week courses designed to support you in developing your running, as well as gradually increasing running duration and distance. I also take you through exercises to develop strength, core stability and give you pointers on tackling hills and intervals.

Feel Good 40s workshops – these are designed for women going through the perimenopause. These are 6 week long workshops which will introduce you to the ups and downs of hormonal changes and the lifestyle changes that can support you. Sessions also include a workout and relaxation.
