Hello. My name is Sarah, otherwise known as ‘The Motorcycling Yogi.’ I teach Akhanda yoga which is a static-based style of practice, maintaining the health of the spine by moving it in eight directions. I use props to ensure proper alignment and safety whilst holding a posture. I teach beginners and low intermediate levels. All my training was conducted in India and my qualification is from a Yoga Alliance registered school.
 
I am passionate about breaking the stereotypes around yoga. I encourage everyone to give yoga a try; it is not all about physical flexibility. In my group classes, I promote a supportive, non-judgemental and personal atmosphere, where you can have fun whilst learning yoga.
 
I teach groups (individuals and corporates) as well as private sessions at my home studio in Redditch, near Birmingham.
