Square Mile Nutrition provides a clear programme tailored to your specific biochemical needs and health goals, taking in consideration your life style, your demands, your like and dislikes. If you are too busy to go to the Square Mile clinic, Monica will meet you in your office or on Skype and she can liaise with your PA/spouse about your dietary needs, if this makes it easier. She will investigate your concerns, hearth health, weightloss, lack of energy, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol … and find the underlying imbalances and will address them with dietary and lifestyle changes and natural supplements.
Qualifications, associations and experience
Monica Durigon, graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition with a Distinction and in 2014 she was awarded the Dian Shepperson Mills Prize for “Outstanding Performance in Clinic”.
She also qualified as a Weightloss Coach underPatrick Holford’s team at Zest4Life. Monica has continued her education with the Institute for Functional Medicine and she is constantly updating her knowledge and clinical skills by attending regularly conferences and keeping up to date with the latest research. She is a member of BANT ( British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy ), CNHC ( Complementary and Natural Health Care Council) and RSM (Royal Society of Medicine). Monica is part of the advisory board at Cognisses, a predictive people analytics company, where she consults on wellbeing and nutrition.
How Square Mile Nutrition works
A typical programme includes:
- 4 consultations in person ( the first one 90m long and the follow ups 60m long) and regular telephone/skype coaching calls in-between, generally covering 3 month
