All of our organic products are certified by the Soil Association. Itself regulated by DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs), the Soil Association is an organic certification body whose task is to ensure that all foods sold as organic are just that. It audits every stage of the supply chain, from farm to packet. Its certification is indicated by its logo and the EU organic leaf symbol, plus the certification code GB-ORG-05. If a product does not display an organic certification code on its packaging, it simply isn’t organic.
