Sarah Taylor is a Precision Nutrition level 1
certified coach, Sum Sanos life and health coach, certified in Nutrition and
specialising in Sports Nutrition. She has studied Ayruvedic, Japanese and
European Mediaeval and herbal healing practices which she now blends into
unique and effective treatments for a wide range of conditions.

Sarah has had a lifelong fascination in the use of food
as medicine and has always used nutrition to manage her coeliac, allergies,
intolerances and eczema as well as helping her overcome depression without
having to take traditional medication.

It was during her own transformation at age 40 when
she was classified as obese that she developed habit based practices that
helped her to a 25kg weight loss without dieting, then as she got into
bodybuilding by accident at age 42, she branched out into the specialist world
of sports nutrition.

Fitness tailored to your likes and dislikes

Sarah has been a godsend! I have a rare degenerative genetic disease that affects my lower arms and legs. I also have dietary restrictions due to inflammation and a few other physical issues that limit what I can eat. Lost 8.3lbs in 13 days

There were only two weeks left until my ballroom dance championship, and I wanted to be as fit as possible for it. On April 1st, I did something that seemed crazy. All the way from the U.S., I contacted Sarah Taylor who lived in Australia.
