Definitely worth it!

I found it very difficult but it was definitely worth it! I struggled with some of the positions, but I felt that Phil was helpful and made me feel supported. It was a very good session and I enjoyed it! He is a very good instructor.

Very good

Phil was very good and competent teacher. It was nice to reacquaint and get a good feeling after not doing pilates for so long. I found the session interesting and would do this again.

Phil was really calm and encouraging

Phil was really calm and encouraging, but he was firm to help you push yourself in a calm way. He had a great sense of humour and was very attentive. Would be happy to do his classes again.

I really enjoyed it, Phil made sure that everyone’s positioning was correct and we felt involved in the group. It was a very good session.

Enjoyed the stretching, there were very clear and good instructions during the session. Everything was well balanced, it was good for all, and a lovely group.

Really good. Very relaxing

It was a really good stretch. Will definately do Pilates again with Phil. Would definately recommend it.
