Outstanding insightful personal trainer

I have been training with Mark on and off for more than 5 years. During that time Mark has guided me through rehab from 2 surgeries and a prolonged illness as well as working with me to gain strength for other gym activities and cycling. Mark has an encyclopaedic knowledge of exercise routines that he pairs with his deep understanding of physiology to help me achieve my goals. He even puts up with my taste in music although in fairness that seems like a reasonable trade for his taste in jokes.

Highly Recommend

I used to have very bad posture and back pain from working in an office. Within two months of training with Mark the pain had gone and I started getting a lot of compliments about my posture and flat stomach. I've now been training with Mark for over a year and I've never felt better, plus I've actually grown an inch and a half taller! I'd thoroughly recommend Mark to anyone wanting to work on their shape and fitness.

Review

Mark is just what you need to get yourself motivated and on the road to fitness! His no nonsense but super friendly approach works wonders and I couldn't recommend him more. Having met other trainers, Mark is the one I would go back to again and again. Firm but fair! And super flexible too which is so important for a busy working mum.

Personal Trainer recommendation

Have just completed 6 weeks personal training with Mark focusing on core strength and upper body. Already feeling the difference and improvement in both posture (I have a desk job) and during sport. Mark makes the sessions varied (other than the inevitable sweat and the "one more set"!) as well as structured - exactly what I need. His knowledge, enthusiasm and humour mean the sessions are enjoyable (!) and informative - so different than just 'going down the gym' - getting the exercises right under Mark's supervision and focusing on different muscles either in isolation or in groups will bring big rewards in future. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark as a personal trainer (just don't pinch my session!)

Personal Training

I've been working with Mark for over a year. During that time he has helped me recover from a major back surgery with life changing results. Not only a brilliant trainer but a genuinely lovely guy who I look forward to seeing every week, and could not recommend more. Make sure to ask for a joke!

Challenging & Inspirational

Mark has been a really supportive trainer, he challenges me to reach further each session. His friendly style and thorough explanation of the purpose of each exercise makes me want to achieve more. My fitness levels and stamina have improved significantly since I started our sessions and he has suggested exercise and nutrition guides for me to follow at home. I look forward to our sessions each week.

Personal Training

I have been training with Mark since 2015 during which time he has helped me enormously. He has encouraged me, with a lot of laughter, to challenge myself and the strength and fitness work has worked wonders. I now no longer need regular chiropractor sessions and my fitness, posture and well being has developed more than I could have imagined. Thank you Mark.

Its not what I feared!

Mark has been more than just a PT for physical fitness, he’s been the psychological support and encouragement I needed to believe in myself in order to persist, with the highs and the lows, he’s conscientious about how to support ME to keep going... thank you for not being what I feared all PT’s to be!

Extremely Knowledgable Personal Trainer

I have been training with Mark now for nearly a year and when I started he asked me what I was wanting to achieve. His knowledge and enthusiasm have helped me to achieve those goals. Training

Mark is an innovative personal training from whom I learned so much more than I would have simply attending yet another gym class. Whether it was focus work, combinations, circuit work, it always challenging, always changing, and never ever dull. Excellent.

Amazing personal trainer
