The fruits are quickly frozen and then dried to achieve the sweet, crunchy fruit crisp.
About Liobites
Liobites founder, Anna is a mum of two and like all mums she wants her children to have the recommended portions of fruits and veg each day. When her youngest daughter started picking the dried fruit out of her cereal – because she loved the taste – Anna decided to package up freeze-dried strawberries and other fruits in her lunch box. Soon her friends wanted what Anna’s daughter had, so she created a product that could be shared, not just in the playground, but with you.

Great snacks
I've tried the banana, strawberry and apple flovours and think they are great snacks. Great that there are no added sugars or ingerdients you don't know. I image that kids would love these in their school bags and that parents can feel better they sent their kids off with a snack that's actually good for them!
Delicious and healthy snack!
These are an innovative and creative way to enjoy fruit, and a great healthy alternative to traditional crisps as a snack. I've particularly been enjoying Liobites on my morning Weetabix.
