Super teacher!

I look forward to my weekly Pilates classes with Gill. She is extremely knowledgable and attentive and the hour flies by. I leave feeling stronger, and stretched and relaxed. A vital part of my week! I would recommend Gill.

I had never tried Pilates before and Gill's class was perfect for me as a beginner. Gill is a very well practiced Pilate teacher and teaches from beginner to advance levels. She watches carefully and corrects immediately if you are not carrying out the movement in the right way. I had a real mobility problem with my hip when I started and through Gill and the advice given by an Osteopath Gill recommended can now walk and bend again. Gill also gives nutritional advice and can advise on supplements that might benefit you. I would highly recommend Gill.

Gill is a super Pilates teacher! She is a very thorough and quick to notice if you are perhaps not in line or overdoing the exercise. I would thoroughly recommend her for both Pilates and also general wellbeing. Her knowledge extends to supplements to help your general health which I have found invaluable.

Gill is an excellent pilates teacher. She explains everything in detail and ensures that whilst no-one overstretches and does any harm she makes them achieve their full potential. She asks if there any particular problems which need addressing and then attends to them. My very stiff shoulders and hips are now so much better. Really look forward to her classes every week.

Pilates for beginners

I have only recently joined one of Gill's Pilates classes, but I think she is an excellent teacher. She always explains and demonstrates each position very thoroughly, and checks every individual to make sure they are doing the movement correctly and using the right muscles. I always end each session feeling an enormous benefit both physically and mentally

Lifestyle Leader

I've known gill for a few years now but only recently started to work with her through her Pilate classes. Always fun but also very informative, has helped me with my back problems and now more flexible. Gill is also helping me with my few health problems, very helpful and informative programmes. I would recommend anybody to call and work with Gill.
