My name is Sarah and I am a fully Certified, Insured, level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer. Exercise was something I always found myself turning too as a way to relax and maintain a healthy weight.

I developed a strong desire to want to help and show more people how effective it is to exercise in the comfort of their own homes as i was doing; which led me to becoming a Fitness Professional.

I have been training clients and working in gyms for a number of years which has given me a wide range of experience and a full understanding of how PERSONAL personal training truly is.

Sarah really understands how hard it is to work out.Being a busy mom of 2 active boys i prefer to workout at home when the boys are asleep. She truely is a motivational person and very accomodating;her 1:1 approach helps me to stay focused on maintaining my goals.I would definitely recommend her .

Made such a difference to me!

I decided to get a personal trainer to tone up after having a baby and to prepare for my wedding day. It is some of the best money I ever spent as it helped me both physically as well as mentally. Sarah was amazing at getting the right workout for me and she varied it to make interesting and shared lots of her knowledge about fitness. She also helped me to see that I can change as I’ve always thought ‘I’m not an exercise’ person but I have kept up it with it and it is now really important for to me to stay fit and exercise also helps ease my stress. Sarah is such a positive, lovely person that I found the whole experience made such a difference to me. And as a bonus I did fit in to my wedding dress :)

Sarah has been a great trainer. As a busy mum and working full time I never thought I could fit trying to work out to. With Sarahs help she has shown me the best exercises for me what I can do at home and to get the body I am trying to achieve. I have manged to lose 16lbs so far and tone up my mummy belly! I have recommended her to all of my friends!! Thank you for all your hard work so far Sarah!
