Helen Auburn Nutritional Therapist
Description
My name is Helen Auburn and I am a CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist & Nutritionist based in Swindon, seeing clients from Newbury, Chippenham, Oxford and surrounding areas.
Making sure we eat the right foods for us, in the right way, is the basis of good health: being aware of our diet and tailoring it to our bodies’ needs is one of the most powerful tools available for the prevention and treatment of illness, supporting the natural healing process.
Consulting with an holistic, functional medicine-trained Nutritional Therapist can be the first step towards investing in your long-term health and vitality, helping to create a new, healthier YOU!
The Benefits of Nutritional Therapy
Our bodies run on the food we eat: it’s our fuel. Making sure our food is right for us, of the best quality and prepared in the right way can have a big effect on how we function in our daily lives, at work, or emotionally in family or personal situations. Nutritional Therapy can help find the right balance in the way we approach our lives, ensuring we work to our optimum potential throughout the day.
Nutritional therapy advice, helps you to understand and make changes to the kinds of foods you eat and determine nutritional deficiencies & toxicity, therefore helping with many conditions that have been medically diagnosed, including Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
