Description

Welcome to DAY Dance And Yoga, Bath. Offering a range of classes from boutique yoga studio sessions for up to 6 to fun and energetic dance classes at external venues for adults and kids.

We have classes for beginners, serious yogi’s, fitness fans, kids, parents or those just wanting to start a simple wellbeing or fitness regime.

We also run School and Workplace programs or one off sessions with a variety of styles and themes to choose from!

Relaxing and encouraging session with Hayley

It was a really relaxing and encouraging session with Hayley. I was nervous at first but Hayley made me very relaxed and welcome. It was completely new to me but I did it with Hayley's help!

Really enjoyed my time with Hayley

Cardio warmup: Really liked this session. Hayley is very warm and friendly and inviting – you never feel that she’s judging you. Good fun. Felt warm after the class – felt better after the class. Dance fitness Really liked that. Good fun, energetic, lighthearted fitness. Really enjoyed it. Everyone was laughing and friendly – very pleasant. Nice atmosphere High flow yoga Found it beneficial – it was slow and controlled and very relaxing – I liked it. Never done this before so it was new. Enjoyed the experience. Would recommend.

It was awesome

It was amazing! It was awesome. I thought it was a very valuable session. There was a good structure to the session and there was the right amount of work for the time and I felt I got everything out of it that I wanted to. She was great and she took time to correct us and gave good clear instructions. I would definitely go again and I asked her about her classes so I could go again!

Would go again

Hayley was very good at explaining the breathing of yoga. The session wasn’t just about what positions we should do and what is best, the session was also about how everything works and how changes in breathing and position affect the body. I felt that I got a lot of out of the session, and I didn’t want it to stop! I would go again.

Good introduction into yoga

I'm new to yoga and I felt that the session was a good introduction into yoga. It wasn’t just about positions - it was also about how everything works and how there are changes within the body with different movements and different breathing. I felt it was a valuable session and I would go again.

Really good

It was a beginners class but I still felt that I was stretched. Hayley was excellent at explaining and demonstrating the science of yoga - the breathing and the movements and how it affects the body. I would go again.

Very interesting

I feel that yoga is a very important thing to do and I found it interesting. I enjoyed it very much and would do it again.

Enjoyed it

Enjoyed the session. Made me want to join her classes. She's a good teacher. Very clear and procise on the actions you needed to take a why.

A good fun workout that worked every bit of our bodies. Will definately do it again.

Disney fitness dance

Very good fun! I would definitely do it again. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to get on with. The session was well explained, and I felt that when doing the movements Hayley was checking to see everything was done okay. I felt they were very considerate and made sure that I knew what I was doing.
