Hi, we are Mag and Adriana. Have you had sleepless nights worrying about work, family and health issues? Do you realise the impact of not getting enough (sleep, that is)? I had a personal experience of sleep deprivation for many years due to stress and anxiety leading to my poor health, depression and lost productivity. Despite this, I had a spark of clarity (more on that later) that inspired me to become the ‘leading learner’ (I’m at the leading edge of learning about the fascinating subject of sleep) connecting the dots between the multi-dimensional aspects of sleep, health and personal development.  My intention is to simply help you become the very best person you can be through the power of sleep, an often overlooked key to optimum wellbeing.

Not getting enough sleep has become a global epidemic that unknowingly has negative impacts on our health, happiness, productivity and even wealth!  Sleep is individual,deeply personal and often neglected yet science today states that sleep deprivation is linked to heart disease, obesity, dementia, poor performance (in the boardroom or on the playing field) and much, much more! At the end of the day, we have choices with everything we choose to do whether for our own or loved one’s vitality or choosing to work as an employee or an entrepreneur. If you want to be the best you can be and if you want something you never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. We choose to be healthier physically, mentally, spiritually and financially so we can serve you. Sleep is that powerful!

I now find going to sleep earlier much easier

I recently attended a presentation by Mag Secretario as part of our John Lewis Partnership day. A day in the workplace where we celebrate being part of a co owned business. On this occasion we ran a series of summer school classes where we could learn more about our business, our interests and our suppliers. The breadth of subjects was incredible! As part of this Mag hosted a workshop aimed at sharing tips and relaxation techniques to help you have a restful nights sleep and therefore productive days. I attended not because I thought I had a sleep issue but because increasingly I found myself needing less sleep....or so I thought! Going to sleep later and later but being tired during the day. Having heard Mag I was quickly able to 'diagnose' that too much technology before bed was probably the issue. My addiction to my iPad in the evening was a possible cause. So I set out to have a cut off an hour before going to bed. It should probably be more but it works with my routine. Surprise, surprise I now find going to sleep earlier much easier...and as a result feel less tired during the day. A simple recipe for better sleep. Thank you Mag!

I'm able to get to sleep and stay asleep

I have been suffering from insomnia over a few months, mostly due to having too much on my mind. I sometimes find it very difficult to switch off and the adrenaline seems to still be raging through the night, particularly on Sunday nights. Some days I've gone to important meetings on zero hours sleep, feeling like a zombi, which is absolutely awful. So I decided that I had to make a change. The first step was to mindfully change my pre-sleep routine but I was then lucky enough to try Sprayable Sleep through Mag's enterprise called goodlifesleep. Sprayable Sleep has definitely made a big difference. Since I started using it the insomnia is under control, I'm able to get to sleep and stay asleep. It feels like a gentle, gradual and natural process into sleep (rather than medically induced) and I wake up feeling normal and refreshed. It's also a very convenient format to keep at hand and use when needed. I've known Mag for over 15 years and I believe his purpose to help people solve this problem is a genuine desire to improve people's quality of life. Slept 6 hours for the first time in days!

I was at a conference in Seattle last year, flying over for the weekend from Bali. Was seriously jetlagged and Mag helped me get through it. Slept 6 hours for the first time in days!

I developed new health habits

Even though I'm a pretty healthy person, and have developed good habits of my own over years, I have felt there were some new health habits that I needed assistance with. I was having trouble sleeping, having trouble with stress and worry, and having digestive issues, despite taking good care of myself. So I knew that some changes needed to be made. When I started my health coaching journey with Mag, I really didn't realize some of the underlying emotional issues that were contributing to many of my health issues. Through coaching with Mag it helped me to uncover a lot of those issues and work through them. Originally I just thought it would help me develop some of the new habits I wanted, such as regularly attending yoga, and making meditation a regular activity in my life. It did in fact help with those things because I am more likely to be accountable and reliable when it's to someone else, and I wouldn't want to let Mag down at our weekly coaching session. Of course deep down I knew I was really being reliable to myself. But, what really enhanced my new habits was dealing with my emotional baggage, and I couldn't have done that without that assistance. I'm loving my new health habits, and even look forward to them. Yoga and meditation, along with mindful eating and journaling have become things that I can't imagine going without now. Thanks Mag for helping me through!

I would absolutely recommend Mag as a coach

I’ve been blessed to have worked with Mag over the past 3 months on his goodlifesleep program. During this time I have made changes in my life, my diet, my mindset to help me with my sleep. I have learned so much from Mag and am grateful to have him as my accountability coach. He’s a loving and caring man who always has my best interests at heart. I didn’t realise that there are so many factors that affect sleep and Mags depth of knowledge is amazing. He has even done extra research into my health challenges to find out how they affect my sleep and what tweaks to make to help me. I would absolutely recommend Mag as a coach to help… in more ways that you’ll ever imagine.
