Weight loss with Liam

Excellent motivator, always offers guidance and support couldn't ask for any better. Always makes you feel comfortable too. Thank you for always putting 100% in to the nutrition and workout guidance. Would highly recommend :)

Really enjoyed my time with Liam. He made me work so hard and get me doing stuff I wouldn't do otherwise. He always made time to talk to you and is really broach able. Many thanks x

The Fat Loss Specialist

My friend and myself had several PT sessions with Liam at our local gym. Each session was hard but also enjoyable, Liam listened to what we wanted to achieve and gave us a programme designed for our needs. He also gave great advice on nutrition to. Liam is an excellent trainer and I would highly recommend him.

Amazing PT! Would highly recommend. Fantastic support, listens to and takes on board what you hope to achieve. Well structured sessions, easy to follow workout plans for when you train alone, and very knowledgeable nutritional support! Found the food plans very straightforward to follow. I have gone from being unconfident about what I was doing in the gym, to achieving so much more than I thought with both my training and diet! I have gained in both confidence and knowledge!
