I'm very sceptic about these practices but a few years ago a friend told me the reason why my monthly challenge was particularly painful. Didn't think much of it at the time but last year i was diagnosed with endometriosis and had to have an operation. So, although I don't think it can cure everything, I think reflexology can help in a lot of health problems we might have. Definitely worth a try.
