I have always had oily skin and the all of a sudden I developed Rosacea and extremely dry skin around my nose/cheeks area. When you have Rosacea you can't use most of the moisturizers available as they will give you a terrible itch or even burn sensation. So i have found that this cream is great for my day to day moisturiser and it's very delicate. Not itching or burning sensation when applying it. Just a fresh and less "irritated" look. Thanks
