I am a Personal Trainer based in Bristol. I Train people to improve the quality of their life by supplementing it with Fitness. I specialize in taking people who are inactive/sedentary and help them be more active and reap the benefits (for which there are many) of being healthier, stronger, and faster.

Essentially everyone should feel obliged to keep fit where they can and I offer a realistic and BS free approach to fitness.
