I’m highly experienced training women of all ages to hit their target weight & body shape without depriving them of their favourite foods & with exercises that can be done easily at home & that don’t become boring.

If your goals are less specific & you just want a new activity then buddy sessions are an extremely fun way to workout. Bring a friend along to a training session & learn a routine you can do together.
