Run by Louise Bennett – a certified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer – Body BennettFIT is a fun, affordable way to get fitter. Louise believes exercise is for everyone, so her sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Louise’s total body workouts will get you fitter, stronger and energised (please check out her testimonials to see what class members and clients think). Louise is trained in pre-and post-natal exercise design and runs sessions where parents can bring their children along, enabling some much needed and deserved ‘you’ time.

Fitness Class

If you want to get fit, gain confidence in exercising and have fun this is the class for you! I’ve been going to Louise’s classes for 18 months and have certainly seen and felt the benefits. Her friendly and encouraging style help you to become the best you can be and she’ll gently nudge (ok push!) you to become better at what you’re doing week on week. The classes are relaxed, progressive and involve a variety of different exercises which change regularly. Give it a go for yourself!

Body fit at Clutton

I have been going to Louise's classes for around 18 months now. I was not very fit, so didn't know what to expect, but I needn't have worried. All Louise's classes are friendly, fun and she seemlessly tailors every exercise to each ability level - gentlly encouraging everyone to push themselves to get the most out of her sessions. Louise is passionate about fitness and is always on hand to offer advice about fitness and/or nutrition. She often mixes up the style and exercises of the class to keep things fresh. Above all, Louise is welcoming and works hard to ensure everyone in the class motivated and enjoys her sessions. I would highly recommend!

Personal Trainer

I have been training with Louise for over 18 months now. I started with personal 1 to 1 training and Louise was great at keeping me motivated with a variety of exercises. My two young children (2 and 4) were often present and she was very inventive at keeping them occupied or allowing them to join in whilst still encouraging and keeping me focused. I now attend Park Fit and find the classes the perfect mix of core stability and cardio that cater for a variety of abilities. As a parent trying to get back into exercise Louise has really helped me with improving my strength and my general commitment to exercise. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic personal training

I was really nervous before starting training at home with Louise but I needn't have been. The workouts are tailor made for me with a great mix of core, cardio and weights. The sessions really push me and change regularly. I look forward to every session now and enjoy the emotional as well as physical buzz that I get. It has been lovely to receive compliments about how my body shape has changed. I can't actually imagine my week without Louise's sessions as an integral part of it. Thank you

Love these classes

Louise's classes are brilliant! Motivating, varied and fun. I started going to her Parent Fit classes when my daughter was small and it was a great way to get into shape and build up fitness after having a baby. I now go to her Body Fit class and it has really helped me to be stronger, fitter and tone up. Louise is great at targeting the workouts to your needs and abilities, she even plays music you like too ?

Fab home personal training for new mum

I started training with Louise when my baby was 2 months old. Louise created a brilliant post natal workout and has regularly updated the session as my strength and fitness returned. Having her come to my home made working out easier and she is always on hand to distract and play with my baby so I could carry on with the work out. Would thoroughly recommend to any mum looking to get back into shape after baby!

Fantastic workout

Louise's classes are great at what ever level of fitness you are. There is always a fantastic mixture of exercises for whole body (cardio/weights/core). They change every four weeks so you never get bored. Excellent value for money! Louise is very professional but also a nice person so makes it fun! She will push you but only to your own ability! You always finish class knowing you've worked hard but enjoyed it! Both are equally as important!

Brilliant workout class for all levels. Really noticed a difference in my fitness after just a few sessions. Fun excercise routines that push you but never feel boring. An excellent and helpful instructor too. Very friendly atmosphere.

Circuit training at Clutton

This class is perfect for all abilities, I started this class and thought I would struggle, because I am not into exercise, but Louise our instructor makes sure everybody is included and will tailor your workout to suit your needs, this class is friendly and welcoming, and I feel the difference in my fitness and strength since staring the course.

Helped me to lose weight

I joined Bathford group last January it helped me to lose weight and to keep me fit. Louise is very experienced and the type of exercises suits everyone, she is always checking if everyone in the group benefit from doing the workout. I've benefited from doing Louise exercises, I feel more healthy and walking became more fun. I highly recommend Body BennettFIT. Thank you Louise for providing workouts that are efficient and not at all boring, keep up the amazing work! Looking forward to see you next Monday :)

Quick FIT

If you have come to realiae that fitness and exercise needs to be part of your lufe and if, like me, you don't have the enthusiasm, discipline or self-motivation to go to a gym then this is the ideal solution. Classes are fun, the routines are quick and regularly changed and you can do them at your own pace while your levels of strength and fitness increase over time and Louise takes the time to encourage and teach to ensure you get the best out of each class. Being part of a regular group brings its own motivation and contributes to the enjoment, so that what may start off as being a chore quickly becomes an integrated part of life. Whatever your age (I've just turned 60) and we are all ages in my class, why not give it a try.

Getting fit again

As a mum to two young boys, back in June I decided it was time to increase my fitness and have a bit of 'me' time. I started running and joined Louise's class. With 45 minutes of interval training set to different soundtracks and different routines every 4 weeks I really enjoy my Tuesday sessions. Louise provides advice through out the session ensuring we are doing the exercises correctly and the group is not too large which is great. My core has also strengthened which has helped with my running. I would highly recommend this class with Louise.
