Hampshire based Occupational Therapist helping you to improve your wellbeing through achievable lifestyle changes. With experience both in the NHS and the Charity sectors treating people with a range of needs, including sleep difficulties, problems managing employment and establishing a new, satisfying and meaningful daytime routine. Rosie has previously established an occupational therapy service at the charity Help for Heroes, treating clients for a range of needs and working with HR and staff to improve employee wellbeing and satisfaction. Rosie is also undertaking a PhD in wellbeing.
Occupational Therapists help people of all ages live life to the fullest. Working in a holistic and client centred way, helping you to achieve your goals, so that you can carry on doing the activities (or occupations) which matter to you. Essentially, Occupational Therapists are the ultimate life coach!
