Gets the job done

This works. It’s a really strong workout that targeted my abs down to my thighs. Really gets the job done.

Short and effective

I've been doing these workouts for about 6 weeks and can see a noticeable difference in my body shape and strength. Really like that the work outs are quite short, between 25 and 45 mins. It means i can get a good workout before starting my day.

No jumping around

I like it that I don't have to jump around. The instrutor is great. The workout not too long, but it's taking me a while to build the strength to do it all properly... but I like the challenge and feel great.
