How Bards of Avalon Sound Therapy can help
During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in a unique soundscape. Bea and David’s approach is based on The British Academy of Sound Therapy’s model of therapeutic sound baths, researched and proven to be deeply relaxing. By using percussion instruments and vocal harmonies in a particular sequence, the stress hormone cortisone is reduced, brainwave activity calms. The body gets a chance to experience rest and cellular regeneration. The feedback they receive consistently is that clients leave deeply relaxed, energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
