Balance lifestyle and fitness is all about combining healthy living with personal training, coaching and mentoring. Everyone can get fitter and improve their quality of life whatever age, size, shape or fitness level and this is what we aim to do here at Balance.
The gym is situated in a lovely private setting over looking the countryside and beautiful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of life. The Balance fitness suite is a great space with amazing facilities and private parking. We can train indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. In the summer we hold classes on the roof.
Personal Training can also be organised for two people with similar goals. This can work really well in terms of motivation and a quick progression towards goals.
We offer a variety of classes that compliment Personal Training programs. Classes are small and range from light weights and body weight strengthening to high intensity and heavy weight work.
For low impact classes we have options eg: LIIT (Low intensity interval training.) PACE (Postural alignment and corrective exercise.) and GP Referral. If your focus is on strength and flexibility we have pilates and yoga.
For those who have been training for a while and what to challenge themselves with weight training or training for a specific sport, we have HIIT (High intensity interval training,) Kettlercise, Early Bird Boot Camp, Boxercise and Legs bums and tums.
We believe that in mixing training with strength and flexibility classes this helps to Balance the body which provides many health benefits.
