Wellbein

I have been having treatments with Sarah for a few months now, alternating between reflexology and having a massage. Both treatments are very beneficial, helping me to relax and cope with the pains and niggles that come with ageing! Sarah always has time to listen and the treatment is excellent.

Beautiful massage ?

I went to see Sarah at Ashwells Healing Sanctuary recently as I really needed a relaxing massage. The experience did not disappoint. Sarah listened to medical problems I had and adapted a massage to suit. She worked on problem areas on my back and neck then just did an overall massage of the back, neck, shoulder and head. She finished off with a mini facial, what more could a girl ask for. A truly wonderful experience, in beautiful surroundings, by a lovely professional person. Would highly recommend Sarah and Ashwells Healing Sanctuary.

Highly Recommend

I have been visiting Sarah for nearly a year having reflexology and back massages. With regards to the reflexology I was looking for an alternative way to treat a medical issue I was having and rebalance my body. Sarah went out of her way to not only provide excellent effective treatments but also to research the best way she could assist me. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and I always feel better after a treatment with Sarah whether it's a reflexology treatment or a back massage.

Massage

I have been attending Ashwells Healing Sanctuary over the past year and have been enjoying Sarah's aromatherapy massage. Sarah has a beautiful treatment room which is calm and tranquil and I relax as soon as I enter this magical space. Sarah is very professional in her approach, kind and empathetic. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Neck and shoulder Pain

I went to Sarah a couple of weeks ago, she listened to all my problems I have been having with my neck and shoulder she soon found out where the problems were, she made them feel so much better over the next few days and I am fully able to use my neck with ease now. I will need to go back with my shoulder as I tend to tense up and I need to relax a lot more, which Sarah totally helps me feel. Would highly recommend her. I look forward to going back again.

Bliss !

Sarah is amazing, highly professional. I find it difficult in my busy life to find the time to book in with Sarah, and when I do , I wish I'd booked in for the whole day ! All her treatments are so relaxing, Sarah has a wonderful touch, I come away elated every time . It's so important to have " me " time, I cannot thank Sarah enough .

Supremely relaxing, comforting treatments

Sarah goes above and beyond to provide soothing treatments in a cozy and relaxing environment. I have enjoyed both body massage and reflexology with Sarah and have been going for several years.

A Sanctuary I wanted to keep my own....

When you truly find somewhere amazing, instinct tells you to keep it quiet, I don't want anyone else to know about my "Sanctuary", but Sarah's is a place to share and to enjoy. Professional, polite, understanding and utterly comfortable, going to see Sarah is always an amazing experience. You feel as though she was put on this earth to always help you! I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Sarah....

Understanding.....

Only a select few massage therapists have the ability to understand what your body needs to cope with the stresses and strains of modern day life. Having had a couple of major car accidents over the years combined with working long hours and doing a lot of travelling I need someone who has that ability. Sarah has it in abundance, she is the antidote. Do yourself a very large favour and pay a visit to Ashwells ...you won't regret it.

Treatments at Ashwell's Healing Sanctuary

Sarah was highly recommended to me. In the last 3-1/2 years I have had regular treatments for my back, be it massage, reflexology or Reiki, she is very knowledgable, professional, compationate and has a gift of intuition. Her treatments are very effective and relaxing. There is a wonderful calmness and tranquility in her treatment room. Having treatment is a beautiful experience. I can highly recommend Sarah!

Simply wonderful!

Sarah is a naturally holistic person and works very intuitively. I find her reflexology treatments incredibly relaxing & effective at working the entire body through the feet! I have also been having Reiki which has been absolutely wonderful! I will continue to visit Sarah and would highly recommend her to anybody seeking alternative/holistic treatments

Highly recommend

I have been having monthly reflexology treatments with Sarah for over a year now. Both Sarah and her treatment room have a wonderful calmness about them, you feel instantly at ease. Sarah is very professional and at the same time very approachable, her manner allows you to totally switch off and gain maximum benefit from the treatment. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic

I would highly recommend a visit to see Sarah and her treatment room. I visited today and came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I throughly enjoyed the reflexology massage. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxed and Sarah is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable and right at home :-) I am already planning to book in another with her :-)
